Facilitator walking a support leadership group through printed performance charts

Briefing guide

From export to a room that agrees on priorities

This page walks through how a Call Center Performance Briefing is prepared and delivered for support leaders in Thailand.

1. Intake

We confirm which queues and channels sit in scope, which reporting window you care about, and whether the pack must land before a named leadership meeting. You share a recent export or grant temporary read access to existing reports.

2. Chart preparation

We build annotated views of service level, average handle time, abandon, occupancy, and first-contact resolution. Holidays, campaign launches, and known outages are marked so the room does not chase ghosts.

3. Half-day walkthrough

On site in Bangkok or by video, we walk the group through the pack. The goal is shared language: which spike is coverage, which is wrap-up quality, which needs a routing question for workforce planning.

4. Written priority memo

Within two business days you receive the chart pack and a short memo with three to five coaching or planning priorities for the next cycle.

What to bring

  • One month of queue-level metrics (interval if available)
  • A note on campaigns, IVR changes, or outages in that window
  • Two or three questions your leadership group already debates
