Acceptance

By using vision-prismcore.click or engaging Vision Prismcore Co., Ltd. for analytics briefings, assessments, or related professional services, you agree to these terms. If you engage on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

We provide professional preparation and facilitation of call center performance analytics materials. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written confirmation or statement of work governs each paid engagement, including scope, fees, and delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Site content, visual design, and our templates remain the property of Vision Prismcore Co., Ltd. Chart packs and memos delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal business use. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of reporting exports and operational data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. We do not claim rights to your contact-center metrics.

Liability

Our work supports management discussion; it does not replace your operational judgment, legal advice, or employment decisions. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Vision Prismcore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from decisions made after a briefing. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from services delivered under them, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
